Hi, I founded this company in 2013 as a “Pay It Forward” advisory company that would help small and mid-sized companies struggling with the ever changing and growing complexities of building and sustaining a thriving business.

The founding promise is to help every business that I engage with to prosper. It’s as simple as that. 

As the name suggests, we start with the customer and work back from there. It’s not complicated but very rare to find. We focus on meeting the needs of all stakeholders; customers, partners, entrepreners and employees to ensure the business succeeds, hence why we add 360 to the name.
