If you make, produce, or assemble “stuff” and this can include software, you are classed as a manufacturer and can attract additional support and even funding from your local government to invest in your business.

This specialist support and funding is delivered by the Manufacturing Growth Programme and was set up to provide specific support to SME Manufacturers to grow, by identifying, understanding, and removing barriers to growth. 

The support can include grant funding and business consultancy.
